This magical restaurant is a true dream brought to life by its owner Marcel Chiche, who was deeply moved by Morocco — and specifically by the city of Marrakech — during a trip in the 1990s. He launched his dream project: to create a nighttime venue that perfectly suits the atmosphere of the imperial city while fulfilling a long-held desire, that of harmonizing the heritage of his native Algeria with the influences of the West. And so this place is the fruit of ambition and determination.

This dream became reality in 1999, in the Hivernage district, with the opening of a magical venue of indescribable beauty, with a décor that unites East and West in a chic and special way, like an Egyptian theater. Comptoir Darna Restaurant has two levels and two covered terraces: the restaurant, which stands out for its distinctive fusion atmosphere and offers a variety of dishes; the club, the perfect place to meet, to live unforgettable moments, to share bursts of laughter, stories and experiences, and to party, to celebrate a love or a success in a legendary atmosphere; and the famous Comptoir Darna patio, a warm corner to enjoy a shisha with mint tea and soak up an exceptional ambiance.
