The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to determine the conditions under which the Customer may make a reservation online, via the reservation system accessible on the www.comptoirmarrakech.com website, in order to benefit from the catering services offered by Comptoir Darna.
2 Availability of services
Reservations for all services are subject to availability. For certain special dates, hereinafter referred to as "festive dates", these availabilities may be subject to specific conditions.
2.1.Changing a reservation
For all bookings made via the online reservation system, changes to the arrival time are permitted without penalty up to 24 hours before the original booking time, subject to availability.
2.2. Cancellation of an individual reservation
In the event of cancellation of a reservation made via the online reservation system by December 24, 2023 at the latest, the reservation will be reimbursed to the customer, with the exception of 3% of the total amount paid by the customer. After receipt of the cancellation request, the refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days.
To cancel a reservation within the above-mentioned period, the customer may: - Click on the appropriate link in the e-mail confirming the reservation.
- Send an e-mail to the address opposite: firstname.lastname@example.org (date and time of sending the e-mail being taken as proof), giving details of the reservation (name, date, time and number of covers).
After the above-mentioned deadline, the following conditions will apply:
- For cancellations made after December 24, 2023, or no-shows on the day of reservation: the customer will be charged a penalty representing 100% (one hundred percent) of the total amount of the reservation, all taxes included.
PARIS MARRAKECH reserves the right to remarket any unused seats. Penalties will in any case be retained by COMPTOIR PARIS MARRAKECH.
2.3 Cancellation and modification by service providers
If COMPTOIR PARIS MARRAKECH cancels the entire service, the deposit paid by the customer will be reimbursed in full.
COMPTOIR PARIS MARRAKECH is exonerated from all responsibility in the partial or total execution of the contract resulting from a fortuitous event, the act of a third party or an act of force majeure such as, for example, total or partial strikes, lock-outs, floods, fires, attacks or other disasters.
However, COMPTOIR PARIS MARRAKECH cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from such cancellation.
