We prepare wonderfully appetizing and generous dishes that bring food lovers together in a spirit of conviviality; beautifully cooked with fresh, quality produce to create a variety of blends and fusions — in the kitchen as much as in the atmosphere and décor — through the choice of different oriental and Western ingredients to produce rich, harmonious and balanced dishes.
The menu of Comptoir Darna restaurant is special for its composition of several Moroccan and international cuisines, starting with the appetizer, which might be briouates in various flavors or a roasted goat cocotte — without forgetting the star starter of the menu, the famous oriental dish "hummus and falafels" that everyone loves to try. The main courses are divided into categories: Moroccan Cuisine and International Cuisine. In the Moroccan category, the restaurant presents the famous "Chicken Tagine," a true Moroccan specialty to taste, or the "Berber Tagine of lamb shank," a blend of savory and sweet that is sure to surprise everyone, the "Kefta (minced meat) Tagine," a simple and utterly delicious dish, and the "John Dory tagine in coconut milk," incredibly delicious and a pure creation of Comptoir Darna restaurant. And to finish, we offer the famous Moroccan dish "Royal Couscous," which is extremely beautiful too.
The second category is made up of international dishes such as the well-known "Crispy Prawns" with fresh pomegranate sweet sauce; the "Miso-glazed Salmon" dish with an unforgettable taste; and the third dish, "Wood-fired grilled chicken" with sage and preserved lemon, especially for people who prefer to eat healthy and complete.
The third category of dishes is divided into signature dishes and vegetarian dishes. The first choice is the luxurious "Méchoui" dish, a lamb shoulder cooked for 7 hours in the oven with roasted and sautéed vegetables, among the favorite dishes of all our guests, and the last superb dish named "Finely sliced beef fillet" with delicious dauphine potatoes. For vegetarian options: "Vegetable Couscous," which contains no meat as its name indicates; the second suggestion is the "Berber Tagine" with seasonal vegetables scented with argan oil and fresh herbs; and finally we offer "Linguine with morels."
For desserts, the pastry chef at Comptoir Darna restaurant takes genuine pleasure in creating light and refined desserts such as the typically Moroccan royal dessert "pastilla," a cream of milk and roasted almonds, or "Sfinges," traditional doughnuts with chocolate sauce. On the international side, the restaurant presents "Chocolate Delight" with a vanilla ice cream heart and "Fresh raspberries" with cream. To finish, the restaurant also offers its guests a choice of ice creams and sorbets.

And so Comptoir Darna offers 13 cocktails that differ in taste, texture and name — "MAGIC MARRAKECH; THE GOLDEN HOUR; CURIOUS MIND or a BERRY BREEZE" — and there are many other cocktail choices such as the "bubbly cocktail or the alcohol-free mocktails" and other types of drinks such as white wine, red wine and champagne.
